Cervical spine disorder is a disease affecting the cervical spine, consisting of the first seven upper vertebrae, enveloping and protecting the spinal cord. This spine fragment starts from the area above the shoulder blades and ends by supporting and connecting the Skull.
The cervical spine contains many different anatomical compositions, including muscles, bones, ligaments, and joints. All of these structures have nerve endings that can detect painful problems when they occur. Such nerves provide muscle control and sensation in the skull and arm while supplying our body with flexibility and movement. <1> However, if a spinal cord injury can cause many small or traumatic problems, and although these injuries vary specifically they are better known as "overall cervical spine disorders". Symptoms
Through upper frontal discomfort (also known as cervical angina) and scapular pain that signs of cervical spine disorders are present. In 1937 a man named Oille was the first to claim that this chest pain originated from the cervical nerve roots. This new outlook helps explain what signs indicate the onset of these diseases for those with cervical spine disorders. It is now recognized that these patients feel pain, numbness, discomfort, and weakness along with neurological symptoms. [2]

There are several conditions and syndromes that can affect the cervical spine and they all vary due to differences in place and type of injury.

Mechanism
Diagnosis
The diagnostic process may include doctors who test that the movement, strength, and sensation of the arms and legs is normal. The spine is examined for the range of motion and pain that may arise from movement. Blood work may be used in addition to radiographic imaging to identify spinal cord disease. Basic imaging techniques, which include x-ray imaging, may reveal degenerative changes in the spine, while more sophisticated imaging techniques, such as computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), may allow visualization of more detailed anatomical structures, of the nerves and muscles involved. The most detailed and specific test is electrodiagnostic, which helps to reveal whether proper electrical signals are being sent to each muscle of the correlated nerve. This helps localize the source of the [1] problem. There are risks to be considered with any diagnostic testing. For example, in the case of CT imaging, there is a clear advantage over x-rays in which a more rigorous anatomical picture is exposed, but there is a trade-off in CT that has about 10 times increased radiation exposure; as an alternative, while MRI provides a very detailed anatomical imaging with no radiation exposure benefit to the patient, the high cost of these tests should be taken into account.
Treatment
If the symptoms are mild, treatments such as Massage, Exercise, and Stress management will simply reduce pain and pressure, but those with more severe symptoms are told to undergo unique therapy based on the right situation. These patients will most likely have their posture and spinal arrangement fixed, and/or treatments such as electrical stimulation can be used to assist in relieving pain and assisting in flexibility. Drugs, epidural injections and surgery are also implemented to treat such disorders. [1]
