Timothy Edward Irwin (born December 13, 1958) is an offensive attack for Tennessee Volunteers in college and plays in the NFL for 14 years. Most of his professional career is with Minnesota Vikings.
In 1990, he earned his law degree and was accepted into the Tennessee bar. In 2000, he opened his own law firm in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he trained in criminal defense, juvenile justice, personal injury, and sports law. In 2005, he was appointed as a Knox Court Judge for the Knox County, replacing the late Carey E. Garrett.
Irwin is also the founder of the Catholic Youth Soccer League in Knoxville. The league allows children who do not have a school team to play on a faith-based team and compete together against schools in the area.

Since 1987, Irwin has sponsored the Team Bass/Wili Kota Food Tournament held in Lenoir City, Tennessee. Results from tournament favoring Boys & amp; The Tennessee Valley Women's Club and has raised over $ 1,000,000 since 1990. In recognition of his efforts, Irwin was inducted into Boys & Girls Club of America Alumni Hall of Fame on May 14, 2009, in Atlanta, Georgia.
